Summer in the States is NALCAB’s annual federal funding advocacy campaign to connect our members with congressional representatives that are in their home states for the month-long Congressional District Recess. This is a unique opportunity to meet in-person with legislators on Capitol Hill and promote funding for programs in the FY 2023 federal budget that are critical to your organization’s work.
