NALCAB worked closely with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) to provide data and draft a letter calling for increased diversity within the central bank. The CHC also called for specific plans of action for the Federal Reserve System to address our concerns about their diversity efforts and staffing decisions. The letter was led by Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Joaquin Castro (TX-20) and signed by Hispanic Caucus leadership. Read more about this important advocacy work here.
