Many of our neighborhoods are rapidly changing to accommodate population growth driven by multiple factors. NALCAB utilizes a community-centered methodology to identify and analyze shifts in housing, investments and demographics within neighborhoods. In this workshop, our Equitable Neighborhood Development (END) team will guide you through the usage of analysis tools that can be implemented in your own community to forecast neighborhood change. *Members only.
