As Training & Leadership Development Specialist, Leslie supports the Training & Leadership Development Team with a primary focus on the Latino Executive Advancement & Development (LEAD) Fellowship and the National Alliance of Latino CDFI Executives (NALCE).

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, to parents with deep roots in the west side, Leslie has a great passion for service to her community. Leslie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word, with a concentration in Convergent Media. While studying at UIW, Leslie served as the Communications Director for the campus radio station, eventually joining the Digital Content department of TaskUs. She brings with her 10+ years of customer service, with both internal and external customers.
