As Training and Leadership Development Manager, Jennifer supports NALCAB’s National Conference, workshops, webinars, Pete Garcia Fellowship training and the LEAD Fellowship. Prior to joining NALCAB, she worked as a Relief Fraud Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase where she designed, coordinated and delivered successful programs in team building, communications, customer service and other areas.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is fluent in Spanish and has experience coaching, leadership and bilingual services.
