As Communications Manager, Nidia coordinates and supports all of NALCAB’s public relations, marketing and communication efforts. Her responsibilities include managing NALCAB’s web and print content, communications strategies, external marketing, social media presence, and assisting with special events.

Nidia is an experienced marketing professional with a background in digital marketing, production, event planning, and community engagement. She has worked as a team lead and manager at H-E-B, where she also organized community events that supported local nonprofit organizations in her hometown of Laredo, Texas. Most recently, Nidia served as an account and brand coordinator with two local marketing agencies.

Nidia graduated from Texas A&M International University in Laredo with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. She is proud to leverage her education and professional experience to serve NALCAB and its communities as a Communications Manager.
