Jacqueline Guerra
As Rural Capacity Building Program Manager, Jacqueline Guerra assists in the administration of the HUD funded – Community Compass Program that focuses on building assets in local communities through affordable housing and community development programs throughout the US.
Prior to NALCAB, Jacqueline was a Program Aide for the Center for Nonprofits & Philanthropy at the Texas A&M University – Bush School of Government and Public Service, where she played an integral role in the delivery of their Child Care Business Training program and continuing education programs. Jacqueline has also worked for the City of Bryan, TX.
She is a proud Aggie and holds a Master’s degree in Public Service and Administration with a concentration in Public Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a concentration in Politics & Diplomacy from Texas A&M University. Jacqueline is fluent in both English and Spanish.
