
Edna Segovia

Edna Segovia is a Senior Program Manager for Small Business Development at NALCAB. In her role, Edna manages programs created to build assets in Latino communities through grant-making, technical assistance, events, and training. She also supports NALCAB’s capacity-building work related to economic development, small business development, and affordable housing programs.
Prior to joining NALCAB, Edna worked as a grant coordinator for the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Homeland Security Grants Division, where she assisted various agencies with state and federal awards for border programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
