As the Human Resources Generalist, Gabriela supports a wide range of human resources functions including administrative system processes, recruiting & staffing, employee relations, benefits & compensation, and internal training. In addition, she contributes to NALCAB’s organizational culture with her support of DE&I initiatives, planning, developing, and organizing internal activities that foster a positive work atmosphere.

Prior to working at NALCAB, Gabriela partnered with leadership teams in the Legal, Software, and Aerospace Manufacturing industries to develop and execute comprehensive business plans. She also led talent acquisition initiatives across the US, UK, and Canada including reducing employee turnover through innovative retention strategies. Her unique proficiency in business acumen and technology allows Gabriela to apply her talents and endorse a positive impact personally and professionally.

A native of Tamaulipas, Mexico, Gabriela holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from IEST Anahuac, Altamira, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
