Alejandra Amaroli
Alejandra Amaroli serves as NALCAB’s Senior Director of External Affairs, leading organizational advancement activities that support the NALCAB mission. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for the last ten years, specializing in fundraising, partnership development, and community engagement.
After migrating from El Salvador in 2013, Alejandra found her passion in supporting the expansion of choices and opportunities for communities of color in the US. She previously worked in the area of adult immigrant education at the Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School in Washington, DC, most recently as their Communications & Development Manager, where she led and executed strategies related to fundraising, communications, outreach, and strategic alliances at the local, national, and international levels for the benefit of the immigrant community in the District of Columbia and beyond.
Alejandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from ESI School of Management (El Salvador) and a master’s in human international development from FLACSO Buenos Aires (Argentina).
