WORKSHOP – Expanding Access to Capital through SBA’s Community Advantage Program

Since February, NALCAB has worked with SBA’s Office of Capital Access to help enhance the 7(a) Community Advantage (CA) Program so it can better reach Latino small businesses and, particularly, unbanked Latino entrepreneurs. The changes reflected in the Final Rule published in May and the updated Participant Guide will enable CA lenders to more effectively and efficiently address the needs of underserved businesses.

Join NALCAB and LiftFund staff as we discuss the CA Program changes and how the program can increase your nonprofit’s lending to small businesses in our communities. We will also provide guidance on applying to become a CA lender and best practices in implementing this loan guarantee program.
