In this webinar, you’ll learn about our new partnership and how we plan to advance equity for entrepreneurs of color – in particular, through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) proposed rulemaking regarding data collection.

Since the CFPB published the proposed rule in October, the clock is now ticking and we have a short time before the January 6, 2022 deadline to have our voices heard on this critical law.

We’ll discuss what is included in the proposed rule and learn the process for public comments that will inform the CFPB’s Small Business Lending Data Collection Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B) and how we can take collective action to advocate for equitable small business lending data on the federal level.
