Kaylee Alers Maldonado
As Small Business Program Coordinator, Kaylee assists with managing grant programs created to build assets in Latino communities nationwide. This includes building the assets of local communities through programs that support entrepreneurship and small business development, affordable housing and financial capability.
Kaylee graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Kaylee initially endeavored for a career in medicine, however, took a detour toward pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a STEM concentration. Kaylee uncovered a passion for business and a mission to empower others through knowledge sharing. Prior to working at NALCAB, Kaylee worked with small businesses, guiding compliance, growth strategies, and financial literacy. Driven by her own experiences, Kaylee’s purpose is to bring knowledge and opportunities to Latino communities.
