Leidy Rivera serves as the Resource Development & Impact Coordinator at NALCAB, where she supports activities related to donor engagement, stewardship, and impact assessment. Originally from El Salvador,  she is committed to making a difference and fostering positive change.

Leidy’s previous work experience includes roles at Casa Ruby and the DC Latino Affairs Office where she was responsible for a range of administrative duties and organizing events. In addition, she worked at an immigration law firm where she served as a Secretary and Marketing Associate helping organize client files and court documents and promoting legal services across the DMV area. While at the law firm, Leidy also served as an Operational Administrative Assistant, where she collaborated closely with the CEO to oversee office facilities, manage equipment, and coordinate travel arrangements.
