The COVID-19 Pandemic has revolutionized the way in-person services are provided. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) programs provide free income tax preparation for taxpayers that earn up to $60,000 annually. In 2021, these programs will resume but will have to do so within CDC guidelines, creating a new level of challenge serving the underserved populations and increase the number of taxpayers that file electronically.

Join us for this practitioner call where NALCAB members from across the country will share their approaches in planning for the 2021 tax season.
