As Senior Director of Human Resources and Organizational Culture, Eartha Cruz oversees all aspects of human resources administration and performance management. She is actively involved in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management in driving organizational success through effective people practices. Additionally, Eartha manages the development, facilitation, and function of NALCAB’s Latino Executive Advancement & Development (LEAD) Fellowship. Eartha contributes to NALCAB’s organizational culture through her commitment to staff skill building, and DEI initiatives to uphold NALCAB as a great place to work.

Prior to working at NALCAB, Eartha held leadership positions in Operations, Human Resources, and Management within the legal industry gaining invaluable experience in strategic planning and employee development initiatives. Eartha is passionate about developing environments where employees can thrive personally and professionally.

Eartha holds a PhD in Business Management with s specialization in Leadership from Capella University, she earned her MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). She is a Master certified life coach and has been an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success since 2009.
