Communications Manager
As Communications Manager, Nicole supports the development and production of internal and external communications. She collaborates with staff across departments to ensure digital media presence and previously served on Resource Development and Impact team at NALCAB.
With 21 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Nicole's prior roles include Prevention & Community Awareness Coordinator at ChildSafe, San Antonio, where she coordinated awareness and education efforts and managed professional rapport within various school districts and youth-serving organizations. She also served as the Home Development Manager at Boys Town Texas and the Children’s Shelter, where she connected families for foster care and adoption services and provided training to prospective families.
Nicole has served on strategic planning committees, such as building design and enhancing workplace satisfaction through an employee wellness program at ChildSafe. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of Texas A&M University-San Antonio and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
