Impact Assessment Manager
As Impact Assessment Manager, Nicole leads NALCAB’s impact assessment oversees the organization’s CRM system. She collaborates with staff across departments to evaluate, manage, and streamline available data and processes.
With 21 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Nicole was previously Prevention & Community Awareness Coordinator at ChildSafe, San Antonio, where she coordinated awareness and education efforts. and managed professional rapport within various school districts and youth-serving organizations. She also served as the Home Development Manager at Boys Town Texas and the Children’s Shelter, where she connected families for foster care and adoption services.
Nicole has served on strategic planning committees, such as building design and enhancing workplace satisfaction through an employee wellness program at ChildSafe. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of Texas A&M University-San Antonio and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
