Financial Capability Program Manager
Based in NALCAB’s Washington, DC office, Nicole Andonie serves as Program Manager of Financial Capability. She has over five years of experience in economic community development, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and financial education.
Before joining NALCAB, Nicole held several roles at the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), including Small Business Coach and Senior Program Coordinator for the Empowered Women International program. She is a proud alumna of NALCAB’s prestigious 2022 Pete Garcia Community Economic Development Fellowship, where she further sharpened her leadership skills to drive meaningful, community-centered impact.
Nicole holds an Executive MBA from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Johnson & Wales University. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about fostering both personal and professional growth, in herself and in the communities she serves.
