Impact Systems & Evaluation Manager
As the Impact Systems & Evaluation Manager at NALCAB, Marianna measures and communicates the impact of its programs and policy work through data analysis and visualization. She also leads the overall management of the CRM and data management system.
Prior to joining NALCAB, Marianna has over 10 years of experience and has led CRM and database training across nonprofit and development organizations. She has worked at UNFPA, Tetra Tech, CRDF Global, Vital Voices, WHO, and Orbis supporting their monitoring, evaluation and systems strengthening.
Marianna’s expertise spans data governance, dashboard development, performance measurement and evaluation, staff training, and translating data into next steps that support decision making.
Marianna holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John’s University.
