Neighborhood Development Program Manager
Marcella Reyes is a Program Manager on the Neighborhood Development team. She was previously on the team from 2017-2020, assisting with GIS mapping and neighborhood change analyses for City of San Antonio and City of Houston, as well as with the Mayor’s Housing Policy Task Force for the City of San Antonio. In between her return to NALCAB she worked in technology consulting and in the interior design field. Marcella has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Spanish from Trinity University. Outside of work she enjoys running, cooking, and interior design.
