Training & Leadership Development Coordinator
As a Training & Leadership Development Coordinator, Madeleine supports the planning and implementation of the Pete Garcia Fellowship and National Conference. She creates training materials, event management and coordinates workshops. Madeleine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas. Passionate about mental health awareness, she minored in Psychology and earned her academic certification in Trauma-Informed Care. Previously, she worked in the Development and Communications department of a mental health nonprofit.
As a highly motivated and dedicated non-profit professional, Madeleine is committed to NALCAB’s mission of Latino leadership development and supporting her community through impactful programs and initiatives.
