Lexi Castillo

Lexi leads the development and implementation of NALCAB’s membership strategy. She is the primary contact and support for our nearly 300 member organizations across the country.

With a focus on proactive engagement, stewardship, recruitment, retention, and regional outreach. Her work strengthens relationships across NALCAB’s national network and ensures members are meaningfully connected to resources, opportunities, and one another.

Prior to joining NALCAB, Lexi served as Membership and Marketing Director for the Walzem Family branch of the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, where she built strong partnerships with local businesses and organizations and implemented successful strategies for membership growth and retention.
