Leidy Rivera

Leidy Rivera serves as the Resource Development & Impact Coordinator at NALCAB, where she supports fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, and impact tracking across the organization. In this role, she contributes to the development of grant proposals, maintains funder records, and assists in building systems that improve how NALCAB measures and communicates its impact.

Originally from El Salvador, Leidy is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about strengthening opportunities for Latino communities. Her prior experience includes roles at Casa Ruby and the DC Office on Latino Affairs, where she supported community programming, events, and administrative coordination. She also worked at a regional immigration law firm, where she managed client communications, marketing outreach, and internal operations.

Leidy brings strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit to her work. She is driven by a desire to contribute to mission-driven organizations that create meaningful and measurable change.
