Program Specialist of Small Business
As Program Specialist of Small Business, Kaylee supports the management of grant programs that aim to build assets in Latino communities nationwide. Her work includes assisting with initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, small business development, and lending.
Before joining NALCAB, Kaylee worked with small businesses, providing guidance on compliance, growth strategies, and financial literacy. Her background combines science and business, reflecting a data-informed approach to program coordination and capacity building. Kaylee’s work reflects a deep belief in the vital role small businesses play in communities and the transformative impact of accessible knowledge.
Kaylee earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in STEM from Texas Tech University.
