Jeremy Carter

As Senior Director of Programs, Jeremy Carter oversees the management of NALCAB’s Small Business Investment, Neighborhood Development, and Financial Capability programs and the delivery of TA, grantmaking, resources, and training for each.

Jeremy has over 17 years of experience planning and implementing development initiatives across the US and Latin America. His expertise includes small business and affordable housing development and lending, neighborhood preservation, workforce development, financial empowerment, and initiatives that promote the advancement and stability of immigrant communities.

Jeremy is bilingual (English/Spanish) and received his Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish from UNC-Wilmington and his Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona.
