Senior Manager of Training and Leadership Development
As Training and Leadership Development Manager, Jennifer supports NALCAB’s National Conference, workshops, webinars, Pete Garcia Fellowship training and the LEAD Fellowship. Prior to joining NALCAB, she worked as a Relief Fraud Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase where she designed, coordinated and delivered successful programs in team building, communications, customer service and other areas.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is fluent in Spanish and has experience coaching, leadership and bilingual services.
