Senior Manager of Training and Leadership Development
As Senior Manager of Training and Leadership Development, Jennifer supports the planning and execution of NALCAB’s national training efforts, including the National Conference, workshops, webinars, the Pete Garcia Fellowship, and the LEAD Fellowship. Her work focuses on developing and delivering high-impact learning experiences for emerging and established leaders in the community development field.
Before joining NALCAB, Jennifer served as a Relief Fraud Supervisor at JPMorgan Chase, where she designed and implemented successful programs in team building, communication, customer service, and leadership development.
Jennifer is an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching, bilingual services, and organizational development. She is fluent in Spanish and passionate about fostering leadership within diverse communities.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
