Small Business Manager
As the Small Business Manager, Diana leads initiatives supporting small business development and place-based strategies that layer affordable housing, infrastructure, mixed-use development, and commercial development.
Diana is a bilingual creative strategist whose background bridges culture, community, and economic development. She brings over six years of experience in nonprofit programs, capacity building, and community-centered economic mobility initiatives. Her graduate research focused on building social and cultural infrastructure for Latinas in Northwest Arkansas; a mission she also champions outside of work as the founder of Amigas Collective, a community space centered on Latina friendship and belonging.
Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Monmouth College and a Master of Design in Communication Design from the University of Arkansas.
