Sr. Director of Programs
Through this work, NALCAB helps build the capacity of organizations to develop and implement community development programs that mitigate displacement and improve housing outcomes.
Before joining NALCAB, Colton worked for a community development corporation and a large municipality, where he oversaw the day-to-day implementation of CDBG and HOME funding.
Colton is an AmeriCorps alum and holds a BA in Anthropology from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from St. Mary’s University.
