Cindy manages NALCAB’s national loan processing. In her role as Senior Loan Administrator, she leads the full lifecycle of loans from intake through servicing. She ensures the accuracy and integrity of documentation and data, coordinates comprehensive reporting for leadership and funders, and supports loan committee preparation and meetings.

Before joining NALCAB, Cindy had a distinguished 13-year career at LiftFund, one of the nation’s largest Small Business Lenders. Her most recent role was Large Loan Consultant/ Administrative support, where she monitored lead automation systems and managed loan program dashboards and pipelines.

Cindy has over 25 years of experience in customer service, business management, strategic planning, and loan processing brings a strong leadership presence to the organization’s lending operations. With extensive expertise in small business finance, Cindy has a strong track record of designing and implementing effective lending programs and delivering training on SBA and CDFI procedures. Her background in credit risk analysis and strategic lending strengthens NALCAB’s portfolio management and contributes meaningfully to the organization’s growth and impact.
