Sr. Director of Lending
As Senior Director of Lending, Brenda supports and manages the growth and oversight of NALCAB’s lending programs and portfolio. NALCAB’s portfolio includes capital solutions to CDFIs, Small Business Lenders, Affordable Housing Developers, and other nonprofits all across the national network.
Brenda contributes to the development of strategic lending relationships and engagement with target markets. Her work helps enhance visibility and expand collaborative opportunities across the financial ecosystem.
Brenda has over 15 years of experience in lending and underwriting within the CDFI and community banking sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked to develop financial products and solutions that expand access to capital for small businesses, with a focus on community impact.
She holds a Master’s degree in Management from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
