Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Angela supports all aspects of human resources administration and management. She is responsible for leading both HR functions and initiatives that shape and sustain NALCAB’s culture.
With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership across healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, and service sectors. She is known for her collaborative approach and passion for building strong, people-centered workplaces that support both individual growth and organizational success.
Angela holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance Services, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University–San Antonio.
