Training & Leadership Development Coordinator
As Training & Leadership Development Coordinator, Andres supports NALCAB’s leadership development programs.
Before joining NALCAB, Andres had extensive outreach experience through work with numerous nonprofit and government organizations. Andres is an experienced leadership professional. His leadership efforts have earned him state recognition by the Texas Master Gardener Association, where his self-created team of volunteers earned first place in the Search for Excellence Awards Program due to their educational outreach efforts across San Antonio.
Andres earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2021.
