Before joining NALCAB, Leidy served roles at Casa Ruby, where she supported community programming, events, and administrative coordination. She also worked at a regional immigration law firm, where she managed client communications, marketing outreach, and internal operations.
Leidy is experienced in development of grant proposals, maintaining funder records, and assisting in building systems that improve how to measure and communicate impact.
