As Accounting Manager, Dalys oversees NALCAB’s Accounting team by analyzing financial data and ensuring that accounting standards and processes are compliant for reporting. She brings 20+ years of combined experience in accounting and finance operations. Prior to joining NALCAB, Dalys worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the nonprofit healthcare industry at Kokua Kalihi Valley Comprehensive Family Services.

A native of Panama, Dalys earned her Master of Business Administration from Webster University and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Panama in Panama City.
