External Affairs Project Director
As External Affairs Project Director, Ana supports fundraising efforts, donor stewardship, and impact tracking across the organization.
Previously, for 5 years at NALCAB, she supported the Neighborhood Development team before transitioning into key roles like Special Assistant to the Executive Director and Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives. Ana spent four years working on critical initiatives at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she helped with the implementation of federal emergency housing programs, spearheaded the operational setup of the new Racial Equity office, and guided U.S. Tax Court Judge nominees through Senate confirmation.
Ana holds a bachelor's degree in urban studies and political science from Trinity University.
