Membership Coordinator
As Membership Coordinator, Melanie supports database management, invoicing, membership recruitment and retention, and ongoing member engagement campaigns and outreach. Before joining NALCAB, Melanie led marketing and social media strategies for a wellness-based small business, where she oversaw digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
Melanie is experienced in communications and creative media, which allows her to bring a fresh perspective to outreach efforts and foster deeper connections across diverse audiences.
