Controller
As Controller, Valerie oversees NALCAB’s full accounting cycle and leads the accounting team in maintaining accurate, compliant financial records. She collaborates closely with the Chief Financial Officer and leadership team to support organizational transparency, fiscal integrity, and sound financial decision-making. Valerie also prepares consolidated financial statements and manages federal financial reporting requirements.
Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Valerie earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley.
