Senior Director of Organizational Culture & LEAD
Eartha serves as Senior Director of Organizational Culture & LEAD Fellowship, where she strategically cultivates an organizational culture that drives employee excellence and engagement. Drawing on her expertise in organizational behavior and human-centered leadership, she designs and implements comprehensive frameworks that promote psychological safety, elevate employee experiences, and reinforce institutional values across all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining NALCAB, Eartha served in leadership capacities within the corporate and legal industries. Through these roles, she developed expertise in strategic data analytics, organizational planning, transformative development, communication effectiveness, and operational efficiency optimization.
Eartha holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). She is a Master certified life coach and has been an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success for over 17 years.
