Sustainable Futures is NALCAB’s program dedicated to helping Latino communities build assets by accessing the economic benefits of clean energy and energy efficiency. This work strengthens financial stability, lowers costs, and protects community assets from the growing impacts of climate change.
Across the country, NALCAB members are leading projects that lower utility costs, expand renewable energy opportunities, and strengthen local resilience in the face of extreme weather.
NALCAB supports a national network of nonprofit organizations that provide locally informed sustainability and resilience services. Through grantmaking, technical assistance, lending, and access to capital, we help our members reduce barriers to participation in the clean energy economy, expand opportunity, and build stronger communities.
