Director of Small Business
Rossana holds a B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland and a master's in public policy from the University of Michigan. Rossana also brings more than seven years of experience supporting entrepreneurs in the D.C. area, helping them get financially secure and grow their businesses. She got her start at the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) and worked her way up to Small Business Development Program Manager.More recently, Rossana worked at the Aspen Institute's Business Ownership Initiative, collaborating with everyone from community groups to policymakers to make business ownership more accessible.
Coming from a family of microentrepreneurs, Rossana has seen firsthand how entrepreneurship can transform lives. Rossana is passionate about supporting working families.
