Storm Taliaferrow joined NALCAB in 2013 and serves as the Senior Director of the National Alliance of Latino CDFI Executives (NALCE), a cross-collaborative initiative to unite and amplify the voices of Latino-led Community Development Financial Institutions and drive capital toward Latino CDFIs to build generational wealth in underserved communities. She also leads NALCAB’s CDFI Certification Program.

Prior to joining NALCAB, Storm conducted economic impact and healthcare needs assessment research at UTSA’s Institute for Economic Development and worked in finance and asset management at Prudential and Lazard.

Storm currently serves on the Eastside Corridor Revitalization Strategy Committee and the San Antonio Small Business Support Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Certificate in Community Development Finance from the University of New Hampshire.
