As Membership Manager for NALCAB, Lexi is an integral part of the Communications and Membership team responsible for all activities related to the organization’s membership program including recruitment/ retention of members, engagement, database management, invoicing, and membership campaigns and outreach. Previously, Lexi served as a Membership and Marketing Director for the Walzem Family branch of the YMCA of Greater San Antonio where she developed partnerships with local businesses and organizations; and put into effect strategies that supported recruitment of new members along with member retention.

A San Antonio native, Lexi is fluent in English and Spanish. She is currently enrolled at San Antonio College and plans to pursue a degree in Business Management with a minor in Social Work from Texas State University.
