As Senior Director of Human Resources & Organizational Culture, Eartha oversees all aspects human resources administration and management. She is actively involved in employee relations, recruiting, employee development, and performance management. In addition, Eartha contributes to NALCAB’s positive organizational culture through her commitment to employee success; staff skill building; and support of DEI initiatives to uphold NALCAB as a great place to work.

Prior to working at NALCAB, Eartha held leadership positions in Operations, Human Resources and Management with several immigration law firms, where she played an integral role in strategic planning and employee development initiatives.

Eartha has been an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success since 2009. She holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University, MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio
