As Director of Federal Programs, Colton supports NALCAB’s advisory services to local governments, public housing authorities, and rural serving institutions. Through this work, the NALCAB team builds the capacity of organizations to successfully implement housing and community development programming that aligns with community needs.

Colton rejoins NALCAB after serving as the grants manager for the City of San Antonio Neighborhood & Housing Services Department where he oversaw the day-to-day implementation of the City’s CDBG and HOME funding.

Colton is an AmeriCorps alum and a graduate of Colorado State University and St. Mary’s University where he earned a BA in anthropology and a master’s in public administration.
