Gabriela Castillo

As Senior Manager of Human Resources, Gabriela significantly contributes to NALCAB's organizational culture by managing its talent pipeline, from staff pre-hiring stage through their entire work life experience at the organization. She also supports employee centric initiatives that bolster the workplace environment.

Prior to NALCAB, Gabriela developed business plans with leadership teams in the legal, software, and aerospace manufacturing industries. She also led talent acquisition initiatives across the US, UK, and Canada. During this time, she reduced employee turnover through innovative retention strategies. Her unique proficiency in business acumen and technology allows Gabriela to apply her talents and endorse a positive impact personally and professionally.

Gabriela holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering at IEST Anahuac.
